    If you have completed the Tai Chi Easy™ Beginner Series, and you’re looking to enhance and practice your amazing skills, this Walking series is for you! During this series, you will learn how to combine the 5 Tai Chi Easy™ movements with a Tai Chi style of “Walking.” You will continue with the practice of incorporating the “Four Baskets of Practice” by sharing methods to enhance Body Posture and Movement, Breathwork, Self-Applied Massage, and Meditation. A variety of Qigong gestures will be added to your practice as well.
