Hudson Community Services: Community Education, School Age Care, Summer Programs

This class will involve stories, snacks, and a STEM project. Students will use their creative skills and love for food to devour books and engage in activities based on the Story of the Day! Please be mindful of any food allergies when signing up for this class, as a variety of ingredients will be used! NOTE: This class is a 2-hour class from 8:00-9:55 a.m. This class is for those students entering 1st and 2nd grades in the fall.

You can make what? Out of duct tape? Learn how to make arts and crafts like a rose pen, feathers, wallets, book marks, bracelets and many more projects out of duct tape. Students will also discover the many ways duct tape can be used around home, as well as all the "cool" colors and patterns that duct tape comes in. The only requirement is to allow your creativity to flourish! This class is for those students entering 4th and 5th grades in the fall.

This class is for students who like to make crafts The projects in this class will take a bit more time than your average craft. Litrature and movement will be included to provide a well-rounded experience for every boy and girl enrolled. Requirements: A smile and resiliency to work on fun projects.
