The ladies are back at the Plymouth Playhouse for A Second Helping – The Church Basement Ladies Sequel! It’s 1969, the world is changing, and the ladies of the church are preparing for changes of their own. As always, they'll have you laughing until your side-dish hurts with their hilarious antics and down-to-earth charm from deep in the church basement. Hudson Community Education invites you to a delightful day filled with food, fun, and fabulous entertainment! Ride in comfort with luxury motorcoach transportation as you head to the Playhouse to enjoy a delicious buffet lunch featuring pasta with meatball marinara, creamy chicken alfredo, Caesar salad, buttered green beans, a warm garlic breadstick, and brownie bits for dessert, plus coffee and bottled water (*alcoholic beverages available for purchase). Fair warning: pace yourself at lunch because the minute the show starts, you’ll be laughing hard enough to work off at least one plate of pasta. Celebrate a magical evening of music, laughter and memories at the 10th Annual Daddy-Daughter Dance. Think springtime sparkle and a night that feels light, bright, and full of fluttery fun. This special event is open to girls ages 4–11 and the important men or role models in their lives. If a dad isn’t available, grandfathers, uncles, family friends, or other special adults are warmly welcome to join! This year will feature professional dance instruction (courtesy of Helmer Dance) guiding you through lighthearted, learn-together mini-lessons sprinkled throughout the night. The magic comes alive because of the dads and role models who show up ready to twirl, dip, and shuffle right alongside their littles. Slip on your dancing shoes, pick up a few new moves, get crafty, capture your family photo and refuel with refreshments as the night unfolds. Non-perishable food donations will be collected for the Hudson Area Backpack Program. Thank you for helping us spread kindness along with the fun! Save by registering early!
