Nondiscrimination Policy

The Hudson School District does not discriminate against students, parents, staff or other visitors. No person may be denied admission to any public school or be denied participation in, be denied the benefits of or be discriminated against in any curricular, extracurricular, pupil services, recreational or other program or activity because of a person's sex, race, religion, national origin, ancestry, creed, pregnancy, marital status, sexual orientation, or physical, mental, emotional or learning disability. (Policy #411 - Equal Educational Opportunities)

The School District will not deny employment opportunities nor discriminate in employment against properly qualified individuals solely by reason of their age, race, creed, color, disability, marital status, sex, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, arrest record, conviction record, military service or use or nonuse of lawful products off the employer's premises during non-working hours, or by any other reason prohibited by state or federal law.  (Policy #511 - Equal Opportunity Employment)
