Do you enjoy learning about the quickest, fiercest, and strongest animals on our planet? Are you interested in learning how those animals benefit their environments? Are you fascinated by the survival traits that animals use to get to the top of the food chain? Then this class is for you! In this class, we’re going to learn about the different types of apex predators throughout the world, how they interact with their environments, and how they’ve been able to outlast other species. We’ll be discussing different ecosystems, hunting techniques, and the histories of these animals. This class is for students entering 4th & 5th grades in the fall.

This class will revolve around creating very easy and yummy treats that are part of stories that your child would read. The recipes will be easy enough for the children to make independently at home as a treat for their families. NOTE: Please be mindful of any food allergies when signing up for this class, as a variety of ingredients will be used. This class is being offered to those students entering 3rd grade in the fall.

Students will be guided on making fun and popular crafts using a Cricut cutting machine and software. This class is for those students entering 2nd and 3rd grades in the fall.

Would you rather be outdoors than indoors? Students will have an opportunity to go on nature walks, discover birds living near and around them, identify trees and prairie plants, maintain gardens, and identify pond life. Students will have the opportunity to creatively read and write nonfiction books, photograph nature, and participate in hands-on projects that promote reducing, reusing, and recycling. This class is being offered to those students entering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades in the fall.

Who doesn't love fidgets? Everything is more fun when fidgets are involved! This class will use fidgets as a tool to solve problems, play games and improve math fact fluency! Students will be able to bring fidgets from home to this class or use the ones provided in class! This class is for those students entering 1st and 2nd grades in the fall.

Students learn to start cooking for themselves in this class! Safety, sanitation, and healthy food choices are stressed while reinforcing basic reading and math skills in "hands-on" activities. Students will read recipes and practice math as they prep, mix, cook, and eat! NOTE: Please be mindful of any food allergies when signing up for this class, as a variety of ingredients will be used. Is there anything cuter than a narwhal? Or a Llama? Listen to some popular picture books in the Narwhal: Unicorn of the Sea and Llama, Llama series. Then complete a craft or game each day. This class is for those students entering 1st, 2nd, & 3rd grades in the fall.

Join us as we travel around the world and visit a new country each day. On our journey, we will explore the culture of that country through foods, crafts, music and games. This class is for those students entering 4th and 5th grades in the fall.

Help promote positive climate helping with PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports)! Students will help with writing and acting in "Cool Tools" which are PBIS expectation videos within our schools (hallway, lunchroom, playground, etc). Students will also help create posters to promote expectations, and have the chance to come up with other ideas surrounding PBIS. We will also use this time to practice expectations at recess with an emphasis on problem-solving. This class is for those students entering 4th & 5th grades in the fall.

Come and solve jigsaw puzzles, STEM challenges, and maybe a little improv! This class has ALL the puzzles you can think of to solve, and some you haven't thought of! This class is for those students entering 3rd, 4th, & 5th grades in the fall.

This enrichment offering will explore areas of science and the world of physics through hands-on science experiments and teacher demonstrations. Join us for some hands-on fun! Students will learn about the many disciplines of science and go through the scientific process of "I wonder", "I predict", and "What would I do differently?" This class is for those students entering 4th and 5th grades in the fall.

This class will introduce children to soccer who have never played the game before or have played very little. Your child will learn about soccer through games and team activities. Please come prepared with sunscreen. This class is for those students entering 1st, 2nd, & grades in the fall.

In this class, students will learn the importance of stretching with yoga poses set to fun stories and adventures that will prepare their bodies for motion, increase flexibility and balance, and increase muscle strength before learning and practicing basic tumbling moves. Students will enjoy tumbling skills like somersaults, cartwheels, back bends, and head/handstands. Students will work within their own comfort and ability level, with guidance from a teacher. Come and enjoy a fun hour of yoga and tumbling! Remember to dress appropriately to move around comfortably (shorts under skirts and dresses, tennis shoes, etc.). This class is for those students entering 1st and 2nd grades in the fall.
