Art Adventures will take us around the world and throughout time in our quest to create works of art inspired by ancient civilizations and diverse cultures. We will draw, paint, and sculpt as we explore Egypt, Greece, China and other fascinating sites around the globe. Have fun learning new things while practicing your art skills.

In this class, your child will have fun playing games they know and a few new ones! Playing games helps memory formation and complex thought processes. Engaging in play assists in practicing essential cognitive skills, such as decision making and problem solving. Your child will be practicing their social skills as they practice waiting, taking turns, sharing, learning how to cope with losing, making conversation, problem solving, compromising, collaborating and being flexible.. This class is for those students entering 1st grade in the fall.

Challenge yourself by learning new board games. You will learn how to play games involving strategy and logic. Many of these games will also involve creative problem-solving. Students will learn to share, learn how to take turns, and the importance of good sportsmanship. This class is for those students entering 2nd and 3rd grades in the fall.

Travel to a new country every day and learn about the culture through fun craft activities such as pinatas, weaving, and much more. This class is for those students going into 2nd & 3rd grades in the fall.

You can make what? Out of duct tape? Learn how to make arts and crafts like a rose pen, feathers, wallets, book marks, bracelets and many more projects out of duct tape. Students will also discover the many ways duct tape can be used around home, as well as all the "cool" colors and patterns that duct tape comes in. The only requirement is to allow your creativity to flourish! This class is for those students entering 4th and 5th grades in the fall.

Would you rather be outdoors than indoors? Students will have an opportunity to go on nature walks, discover birds living near and around them, identify trees and prairie plants, maintain gardens, and identify pond life. Students will have the opportunity to creatively read and write nonfiction books, photograph nature, and participate in hands-on projects that promote reducing, reusing, and recycling. This class is being offered to those students entering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades in the fall.

Students learn to start cooking for themselves in this class! Safety, sanitation, and healthy food choices are stressed while reinforcing basic reading and math skills in “hands on” activities. Students will read recipes and practice math as they prep, mix, cook, and eat! Please be mindful of any food allergies when signing up for this class, as a variety of ingredients will be used. This class is for those students entering 4th & 5th grades in the fall.

An invasion game is a term used for any game where the aim is to attack an opponent's territory and score a goal or point. Usually consisting of teams of equal players, these fast-paced games focus on teamwork, keeping possession, scoring, and defending. These games can include, but are not limited to: Capture The Flag, Speed, Basketball, Soccer, Flicker Ball, Pinguard, Container Ball, and Castleball. This class is for those students entering 4th and 5th grades in the fall.

Is there anything cuter than a narwhal? Or a Llama? Listen to some popular picture books in the Narwhal: Unicorn of the Sea and Llama, Llama series. Then complete a craft or game each day. This class is for those students entering 1st-3rd grades in the fall.

Would you rather be outdoors than indoors? Could you survive in the woods overnight? Can you name the trees along the road where you live? Does nature interest you? Be ready to hike, learn new outdoor skills, and discover things you never knew about nature! This class is for those students entering 4th and 5th grades in the fall.

This class offers students the opportunity to create decorations for their house, bedroom, or locker, modify clothing and jewelry, make tasty "no-bake" treats, and much more! This class is for those students entering 4th and 5th grades in the fall.

In this class, you will learn about many different animals by reading books and doing projects. Lean about different animal habitats (Sahara Plains, the Rainforest, etc.). We will also learn about different animals that make good pets. We will explore their care, training, behaviors, traits,and more. This class is for those students entering 1st grade in the fall.
