This program provides quality care in a fun, safe and caring environment.
In the Little Stars/Big Stars tennis program, we highlight the fundamentals of tennis. These fundamentals include footwork, ball control, and racket control. As the class moves along, we move from small drills into mini games to practice these skills.
In Spring Little Stars (ages 5-6), kids will have loads of fun learning basic tennis skills and working on eye-hand coordination.
Please bring a Junior-sized racket and an unopened can of tennis balls. Some special lightweight rackets are provided, and smaller nets are used.
Spring classes are taught inside a gym.
Nick DeMoulin has worked in education/coaching for the last 15 years. He's taught 4th and 5th grade and is currently entering his eighth year at Hudson Prairie Elementary as a fifth grade teacher. He's coached the varsity boys tennis team at Hudson High School for the past three years and has really come to appreciate the sport of tennis. He looks forward to sharing his passion for teaching as well as exposing the fun world of tennis to young aspiring tennis players of Hudson!
