This program provides quality care in a fun, safe and caring environment.
This yoga class will focus on having a fun and positive experience with an emphasis on safety and form. Yoga can improve strength, balance, and flexibility and students will be part of a supportive group. We’ll begin with a focus activity, do warm-up activities, learn basic yoga poses and finish class with a mindfulness exercise. Items needed: Yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle.
