What Gives Indian Curries “The Tang”?
Cooking & Baking
Join us as we continue our exploration of Indian cooking. In this class we will focus on three commonly used ingredients - tamarind, lime and mango powder - that contribute to the tanginess in Indian curries. The demonstration will include eggplant, beef and lentil dishes. Afterwards, we will dine and continue with an informal discussion on ‘all things Indian cuisine’. No previous Indian cooking experience required.

School Age Care
Hudson School Age Care is dedicated to providing a safe and engaging environment for children that compliments and enriches their educational experience in Hudson Schools. Children learn through a wide variety of activities such as art, science, writing, reading, math, games, social skills, gym time, outdoor play, and unstructured play. Children are encouraged to explore their own interests, develop friendships and grow in confidence, independence and respect for themselves and others. Connection and relationship building is at the core of our work. We recognize that children live in all types of families. We strive to have open communication with primary caregivers in order to best support their children.

Youth Swim and Dive Camps
Sports & Fitness
The Hudson Raiders Swim & Dive program is hosting separate 3-day swim and dive camps in August at the Hudson Middle School pool. The swim camp will focus on developing and refining swimming and technique. The dive camp is designed to develop and enhance skills in the four diving categories - forward, back, reverse, and twisters. The camps are open to boys and girls, ages 6-15. The camps are overseen by Ross Campbell, the head coach of the boys high school swim and dive team, and Hudson Raiders dive coaches Sydney Cernohous and Emily Greenwood. Coaches Sydney and Emily were recently named Division 1 Diving Coaches of the Year by the Wisconsin Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association. In addition to the coaching staff, student athletes will also assist in teaching the various skills and techniques. There are two swim camps: A morning session for students in grades 1-5 and an afternoon session for students in grades 6-10. There is one dive camp in the morning for grade levels 1-10. Students in grades 1-5 may not attend the morning swim camp and dive camp at the same time. Please sign up for either a swim camp or a dive camp. Students in grades 6-10 may register to attend the morning dive camp and register separately to attend the afternoon swim camp. Below, swim camps are coded in green (grades 1-5) and yellow (grades 6-10). Dive camp is coded in purple. This camp is a fundraiser for the HHS Swim & Dive teams.
