Vinyasa Yin Yoga

Comm Ed / Sports & Fitness -
Community Education - F/W 26-27

Experience the best of both worlds in this balanced yoga class that combines the energy of Vinyasa with the restorative benefits of Yin Yoga. Class begins with a flowing sequence of movements designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and connect breath with movement. The practice then transitions into longer-held Yin postures that encourage deep stretching, relaxation, and mindfulness.

This combination creates a well-rounded experience that leaves participants feeling both energized and grounded. Appropriate for a variety of experience levels, Vinyasa Yin Yoga is a wonderful way to improve mobility, reduce stress, and cultivate greater mind-body awareness. Please bring a yoga mat and, if available, a yoga block or blanket.
