Tai Chi -Intermediate

Comm Ed / Sports & Fitness -
Community Education - F/W 26-27

Take your Tai Chi practice to the next level in this intermediate class designed for participants who have prior Tai Chi experience and are comfortable with the basic forms and movements. Building on foundational skills, participants will refine technique, improve balance and coordination, and explore more advanced sequences with greater focus on flow, posture, breathing, and mindfulness.

Tai Chi's slow, deliberate movements continue to provide a gentle yet effective way to enhance strength, flexibility, stability, and overall well-being. Participants will deepen their understanding of this traditional martial art while enjoying a supportive and welcoming environment. The class also offers opportunities for social connection and continued personal growth through movement. With its low-impact nature, Tai Chi remains an excellent way for older adults to stay active, improve quality of life, and maintain independence in daily activities. Sign up for as many sessions as you'd like!
