Discover how to make two irresistible recipes that are guaranteed to impress! In this hands-on cooking class, participants will create rich, decadent Dubai Chocolate Bars and crispy, savory-sweet Hot Honey Halloumi. Along the way, the instructor shares helpful tips, techniques, and shortcuts so participants can confidently recreate these crowd-pleasing dishes at home for family, friends, or special occasions.

Participants will leave with a pan of Dubai Chocolate Bars and Hot Honey Halloumi to enjoy at home. Please bring a container for transporting food home. A $15 materials fee is due to the instructor at class. Cash, credit card or Venmo accepted.

Reid Filiatreaux

Reid has cooked as a kitchen manager and/or sous chef in a variety of kitchens for the past 20+ years. His experience ranges from Thai cuisine, smashburgers, to upscale dining. Currently, he is the sous chef at San Pedro's kitchen.
