Have you ever wanted to try shooting a bow and arrow? Is the inner Katniss in you longing to come out? Then you might want to attend this Introduction to Archery class for beginners!
This class will focus on safety, range rules, proper form and technique. Equipment will be provided. Class will be conducted at an indoor range, with a maximum of 6 archers per class.
The same instruction is presented at each session; students should enroll in only one session. Multiple sessions are offered for participant convenience.
Dana has been an archer for 35 years and has worked at A-1 Archery in Hudson for the past 9 years, teaching and coaching archers. She is a Level 3 USA Archery Coach, NASP Certified Instructor, 4H Archery Shooting Sports Instructor, and a member of the WI State 4H Archery Shooting Sports Instructor Training Team. Dana has worked with many youth groups, including the YMCA, 4-H and Scouts. She is also a competitive target archer and a hunter.
