Dan K Shedore

Dan Shedore began his musical journey at age 4. He started taking guitar lessons by age 8 and earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Guitar Performance from McNally Smith College of Music in 2013. With a diverse background spanning jazz, blues, and rock, he's played in numerous bands throughout the Midwest and has taught private lessons for over a decade, teaching both youth and adults. Dan prioritizes tailoring lessons to individual needs and ensuring a thorough understanding. In the past two years, Dan started teaching group guitar courses at the local schools in his community. "Growing up with a vision impairment made learning music a challenge, but I was determined to succeed," says Dan. "I see music as a healing tool, which is why I have a passion for teaching others."
