Breathwork is the single most powerful thing you can practice for improving energy levels, health, and well-being. 

In this workshop, you will learn ancient breathing exercises that will neutralize stress by reprogramming your nervous system, increase energy and vitality, increase brain function, improve immune response and decrease depression and anxiety. Breathing exercises are powerful, free and literally right under your nose.

Janice Novak

Janice Novak has a Masters Degree in Health Education. She is an internationally acclaimed, best-selling author, speaker and wellness consultant who teaches workshops and seminars for hospitals, corporations, universities and professional organizations.

She presents up-to-date info on pertinent health/wellness topics that can improve health, productivity, alertness, energy and motivation. Janice's workshops empower people to take action toward attaining better health. Her easy-to-use techniques are informational and motivational and can easily be integrated into daily life.
