This program provides quality care in a fun, safe and caring environment.
In this three-session class, participants will be introduced to basic techniques of hand building, throwing on a potter’s wheel, and glazing.
Using stoneware clay and earth tone glazes, participants will create pieces of art using an electric wheel, slab roller and extruder. The first two sessions are devoted to creating and the last session will focus on glazing.
Both new and returning students are welcome. Participants are encouraged to dress in grubby clothes and bring an apron or towel.
Class meets at Craig Seath's Studio (1023 7th St, Hudson WI). Please go to the building/studio behind the house.
Please bring $35.00 for a material fee/person, which will be collected by the instructor at the beginning of class.
The same instruction will be presented at each session; multiple sessions are offered for participant convenience.
