Relax, stretch, and strengthen with our gentle Senior Yoga class, designed for older adults of all mobility levels. Enjoy guided breathing, seated and supported poses, and gentle movement to improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation. Perfect for beginners or those with limited mobility, this class offers a calming, accessible way to stay active and centered. Sign up for as many sessions as you like! Please bring a photo ID to each session.
Live 2 B Healthy instructors are certified fitness professionals who specialize in creating welcoming, safe, and effective exercise classes for older adults. They are experienced in leading sessions that emphasize strength, balance, flexibility, and independence, making fitness accessible for seniors of all ability levels—including those who use walkers, wheelchairs, or prefer seated exercise options.
