School Age Care provides quality care in a fun, safe and caring environment.
Please register for only 1 activity per session for each child.
In our Strength, Balance & Flexibility class, participants work with a nationally certified fitness professional experienced in 55+ adult fitness. This engaging program aims to reduce fall risk and promote independence through a variety of exercises using small balls, light weights, loops, and bands. Classes focus on building core and stabilizing muscle strength, helping seniors maintain active, meaningful lives. Beyond physical benefits, our sessions foster socialization, combating the stress of isolation and creating a supportive community. Join us for a fun and effective way to improve your fitness and connect with others! All ability/mobility levels welcome. Sign up for as many sessions as you like! Please bring a photo ID to each session.
Live 2 B Healthy instructors are certified fitness professionals who specialize in creating welcoming, safe, and effective exercise classes for older adults. They are experienced in leading sessions that emphasize strength, balance, flexibility, and independence, making fitness accessible for seniors of all ability levels—including those who use walkers, wheelchairs, or prefer seated exercise options.
