Learn how to confidently adjust f-stops, shutter speeds, and ISO, choose the right lens, understand key photography terms, and explore how settings affect light, motion, and depth of field.

With a mix of visual examples, practical instruction, and guided practice, you'll start creating the kinds of photos you've always wanted to take. Whether you’re a hobbyist or just getting started, this class will help you build a strong foundation for better photography. Bring your DSLR camera and owner’s manual to class.

Bill Rowe

Bill has been a working photographer for 35 years and has a photography certificate through his undergraduate studies and extensive advanced training in both digital and film platforms. He currently has a studio in Minneapolis and is a member of the Professional Photographers of America.
