Introductory Gymnastics, Adventure Games, & Rhythm

Students engage in fun, age-appropriate activities that build basic gymnastics skills such as balance, rolling, jumping, and body control, along with cooperative adventure games and rhythm-based movement. The class emphasizes coordination, strength, teamwork, creativity, safety, and confidence while promoting positive participation in physical activity.
