This class introduces students to Anime and Pokémon art styles through fun, guided drawing lessons. Students learn how anime focuses on clear shapes and expressive faces, while Pokémon blends anime with the cute Kawaii aesthetic. We explore how early designs used soft watercolor shading and how modern artwork uses clean, saturated digital colors. Artists will practice character design, expressions, and coloring while developing their own creative style.
