Tai Chi classes for seniors offer a gentle, flowing form of exercise that enhances balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. This martial art emphasizes slow, deliberate movements and deep breathing, making it accessible for all fitness levels. Participants learn a series of graceful, rhythmic postures designed to improve strength, coordination, and mental focus while reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Classes foster a sense of community as seniors connect with one another, enhancing their social engagement. With its low-impact nature, Tai Chi is an excellent way for seniors to stay active, improve their quality of life, and maintain independence in daily activities. Sign up for as many sessions as you like! Please bring a photo ID to each session.
Live 2 B Healthy instructors are certified fitness professionals who specialize in creating welcoming, safe, and effective exercise classes for older adults. They are experienced in leading sessions that emphasize strength, balance, flexibility, and independence, making fitness accessible for seniors of all ability levels—including those who use walkers, wheelchairs, or prefer seated exercise options.
