Tai Chi classes for seniors offer a gentle, flowing form of exercise that enhances balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. Participants learn a series of graceful, rhythmic postures designed to improve strength, coordination, and mental focus while reducing stress and promoting relaxation. With its low-impact nature, Tai Chi is an excellent way for seniors to stay active, improve their quality of life, and maintain independence in daily activities. Sign up for as many sessions as you like! Please bring a photo ID to each session.

Live 2 B Healthy instructors are certified fitness professionals who specialize in creating welcoming, safe, and effective exercise classes for older adults. They are experienced in leading sessions that emphasize strength, balance, flexibility, and independence, making fitness accessible for seniors of all ability levels—including those who use walkers, wheelchairs, or prefer seated exercise options.

Classes led by Live 2 B Healthy instructors are designed to support not just physical health, but also social and emotional well-being. Instructors tailor each class to the participants’ needs, offering different progressions and modifications to help everyone participate comfortably and confidently. Sessions foster a strong sense of community, encouraging friendships and social interaction among seniors. Whether in group settings or one-on-one, Live 2 B Healthy instructors use evidence-based programs to help older adults improve their mobility, reduce fall risk, and maintain independence. Their supportive approach empowers seniors to experience the many benefits of regular fitness in a fun, engaging setting.
