Hooray for National Cake Day! Join us in celebrating the sweetest day of the year by painting your very own pastel-inspired cake on a 6" x 6" canvas board. You’ll take inspiration from Wayne Thiebaud’s Cakes No. 1 (1967), known for its sugary swirls and candy-colored charm. Deb Defenbaugh

Deb is a fine artist and early childhood educator. For the past 20 years, she has taught in the field of early childhood education and art instruction. Deb grew up in a family of artists and came to know and appreciate drawing, painting, sculpting, journaling, dancing, photography, and listening to classical music throughout her childhood. Her passions are creating art and being a children's advocate in their developmental growth, particularly fostering their creativity and love for the arts.
