Have you felt “past your prime” or told your menopausal symptoms are “normal?” Hormones are critically important to our health and deserve much respect. Learn how to harness the power of your hormones.
This class will be led by two Registered Naturopathic Doctors and is for all ladies ages 16+. We will discuss the major female hormones, their natural fluctuations, the health benefits and roles of these hormones, what symptoms can occur when they are disrupted, and active support that you can do at home in whatever natural female phase you are in to help you work with your hormones so you can thrive and feel your best.
Both Dr. Danielle Vogler-Bos and Dr. April Jones are owners of their own private integrative medical practices and are licensed/registered Naturopathic Doctors that specialize in women’s health, focusing attention to menstrual, thyroid, adrenal, and skin conditions, as well as fertility and menopause support.
The same instruction will be presented at each session; multiple sessions are offered for participant convenience.
Dr. April is passionate about education. She worked for the Food as Medicine Institute for three years during her time at her alma mater, National University of Natural Medicine, where her role was providing community nutrition education to the public.
Dr. Danielle believes health is your greatest accessory, and loves helping women of all ages harness the power of their hormones. She has completed a rigorous internship in the diagnosing and treatment of hormonal imbalances, thyroid disorders, and adrenal conditions using both traditional and naturopathic medicine, as well as bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
