Step into the world of French pâtisserie in this relaxed and welcoming baking class designed for one adult and one child to enjoy together! Participants will learn simple techniques for creating and decorating elegant French-inspired pastries and cakes using healthier ingredients without sacrificing flavor. Working side-by-side, adult-child pairs will explore classic pâtisserie techniques, build confidence in the kitchen, and create beautiful treats that taste just as amazing as they look. Whether you're new to baking or simply love spending time together while making something delicious, this class offers a fun and memorable culinary experience for all skill levels. Please bring a container to take your work home. Supplies and ingredients included!
*Registration includes one adult and one accompanying child. Adult and child will work together and share ingredients and supplies.
A native French speaker, Seval Kankizil Peteri holds a Master’s degree in Business and has a professional background as a pastry chef. Her teaching experience began with academic tutoring during her university years and has continued through leading hands-on pastry workshops. As a mother of three, she brings exceptional patience, strong communication skills, and a supportive teaching style to every class. Combining academic rigor with creative expertise, Seval is a dedicated, organized, and engaging instructor who enjoys helping participants build confidence while learning new skills.
