8th Grade Summer Orchestra Camp

Middle School Summer School / August - 9:00 class -
Music Camps - Summer 2026

An exciting week for incoming 8th grade Orchestra students to explore pop, rock, and jazz music. Students will learn about how these types of music are created and some different playing techniques that are necessary to play this kind of music. Students will learn how to map out a tune, find the chords, and begin learning how to create a transcription of a piece of popular music.  Class Limit:  30
