Valerie Cady

Valerie Cady, owner of Winnow and Spruce Organizing, steps forward in partnership with others to clear space, restore order, and reveal delight. Her passion for organizing began in childhood, when she saw the joy on her mother’s face after she transformed a cluttered space. That spark grew into a career of helping people find peace and freedom through organization.

Her personal journey—including downsizing from a 2,800-square-foot family home to a 200-square-foot studio and moving five times in under two years—gives her firsthand understanding of the challenges (and opportunities) that come with decluttering and starting fresh.

As a professional organizer, she creates a safe, judgment-free environment where every story is honored and every mess holds possibility. With simple, budget-friendly solutions, she helps clients keep what matters most, let go of the rest, and experience the life-changing impact of an organized home.
