Join us for a joyful, inclusive exploration of movement! This Adaptive Gymnastics class is specifically designed for individuals with diverse physical, sensory, and developmental needs. We focus on building confidence, core strength, and coordination in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

By utilizing modified equipment and personalized instruction, we ensure that every participant can experience the thrill of the "gym" at their own pace. From balancing and tumbling to sensory-friendly circuit training, this class celebrates every milestone—no matter how small. All ability levels are welcome!

To ensure the safety and success of all participants, we require parents or guardians to remain on-site for the duration of the class. Depending on your child’s specific needs and comfort level, the instructor may ask you to step onto the mats to assist as a one-on-one partner during certain activities.
