Curious about riding that bike of yours off road? Mountain biking is a fast-growing activity surrounded by an extremely positive and supportive community that is excited to share it with others! Come join the St. Croix Valley Mountain Bike Girls Team coaches to learn some of the skills it takes to safely ride the trails and have a blast! Any bike in good mechanical condition with off road tires will work. Helmets are required. Some loaner bikes are available (please request during registration). Parents are welcome to watch the skills. Please arrive 15 minutes early for a bike check.
This class is being held at Whitetail Ridge Mountain Bike Trail, 714 Mountain Ridge Blvd., River Falls.

Nick Sundberg has achieved a Level 3 NICA (National Interscholastic Cycling Association) coaching certification and has been coaching middle school girls in the local NICA mountain bike club for three years. "It is fantastic to see girls learn something new in a supportive environment, and watch their confidence soar!"
Nick has been mountain biking for more than 20 years. He is the father of two girls who also enjoy mountain biking.
