  • For Gourd's Sake!

    Join us as we continue our exploration of Indian cooking. We will discuss and demonstrate 3 dishes made with ‘exotic’ gourds common in Indian kitchens. One with seafood, the second with a lentil and the third on it's own. We will prepare them entirely from scratch. Afterwards, we will dine with all the must have fixings and continue with an informal discussion on ‘all things Indian cuisine'. No previous Indian cooking experience required.
