The Tai Chi Easy™ methods are designed to improve the quality of life for people of all ages. This includes those who may be dealing with disease, chronic pain and health conditions, limited mobility and balance issues, deficient immune systems, anxiety and/or depression.
Tai Chi Easy™ uses slow and careful movement without strain to strengthen the body’s own healing forces and is medically proven to support disease prevention, accelerate healing, and reduce stress. It may be done while either sitting or standing. You will be guided through the "Four Baskets of Practice": Body Posture and Movement, Breathwork, Self-Applied Massage, and Meditation.

Kristie Van Frost and Tricia Griffith are the owners and founders of Intuitive 2 Healing in Hudson, Wisconsin. Both are Certified Tai Chi Easy™ Practice Leaders. Kristie and Tricia have a strong passion for sharing knowledge with others that may benefit their health and well-being. They provide a fun atmosphere to encourage and support life-long skills for self-care.
