Pop Up Players has moved to Mondays! 5-week sessions start on Monday, October 2, 2023.
Pop Up Players is an innovative, engaging theater experience for elementary students in grades K- 5.
Do you know a child who can’t stop CREATING? Late-night pajama performances keeping you up?
Singing and dancing in the grocery store? The family pet not keeping to the script? We have the solution! Join the Pop Up Players and be writers, set designers, actors, and producers of your own original play!
Each Pop Up Players session has a new story created by the children. We work within the comfort level of each child and foster a love of theater, teamwork and performance. Each play will start from scratch and be a unique story that honors the time of year, the players participating, and all of their interests and expertise. Sign up for one session or more! Please send an after-school snack with your child.
Pop Up Players has something for everyone, regardless of age. Our older players will help write the script, memorize lines and mentor the younger players. For our emerging readers, no need to read a script or memorize, we will make sure they shine! Performances will take place in the Willow River Auditorium, the last Monday of every session, at 5:00 PM.
