You Adopted a Rescue Dog...Now What?

If you already adopted your dog or are thinking about adopting, this course is for you! There are many benefits to adopting a rescue dog, but they may need some time to adjust to their new home. Your rescue dog may have anxiety as they will be worrying about what to expect next. It can take up to six months for your rescue dog to fully settle into your home and their new life. What exactly can you expect from your rescue dog's behavior during this adjustment period? We'll discuss these topics with Q & A time at each class.

Share has 30 years experience helping families train their canine friends. She is the previous owner of a training facility in River Falls for 10 years, volunteer/advisor for PAWS of Western WI & Gregory's GIft of Hope, and a dog foster parent. Shar is equally passionate about our feline friends as well!
