Gentle Flow Yoga

Gentle means not to force and gentle flow yoga refers to the practice of yoga poses in a sequence. This practice forms a gradual opening of the joints and tissues into a deeper aspect of stretch to gain flexibility, recover from injury, promote stress and weight management, reduce the symptoms of chronic conditions and can lead to a deeper connection between the breath, body and mind. This class is targeted to older clients or people with limited abilities. Modifications can be made.

Liz has been a yoga instructor for more than five years specializing in all types of yoga styles and ages from young to older. She cares about people's wellbeing and believes through the use of yoga and meditation we can always be the best version of ourselves and more.
